I'm done with this location. Whoever is making coffee really needs to do better. There is sheer confusion behind the counter. I placed a mobile order on Thurs... when I got to the facility, my iced coffee was made incorrectly. The guy took the iced coffee, added the almond milk he forgot to put in, mixed it a bit, and handed me a drink that was overflown and spilling. Never again. It's either a long line, a long wait, or something is made wrong. Thurs was it for me. It's not worth it.

I've been to my share of Dunkin' locations, having lived in the US all my life, and this one was the worst. Train stations, airports, none hold a candle to this. I mean, I expected as much from a city spot, but still. This exceeded expectations in a bad way. Here's how my order went. Me: "Hi, can I have X sandwich?" Cashier: "Oh we don't have that sandwich". Me: "Okay, that's fine. Do you have Y sandwich?" Cashier: *doesn't answer, types in Y sandwich, so I assume they have it* Me: "Can I also get Z sandwich?" Cashier: "Sure, mmhmm." Me: "Can I get a frozen lemonade?" Cashier: "Our machine is broken." Me: "Okay..." Getting frustrated at this point. "Can I have a regular lemonade?" Cashier: "We have tea lemonade." Me: "No, I mean like a regular lemonade. Not frozen. No tea." Cashier: "We have tea with lemonade." Me: *Marbles are now not only being lost, but are melting, brain is becoming liquified* "I don't want tea. I want just regular lemonade." Cashier: "Oh, I meant we only have tea WITH lemon." Me: "Okay fine, I'll take a tea with lemon." Fast forward to when I've gotten my order, the man who took my order gave me two of the same sandwich instead of two different ones, and he also gave me... Wait for it... Tea. WITH LEMONADE. Not just lemons. LemonADE. Why was it impossible to get a straight lemonade but he then gave me something I didn't ask for that was made with an ingredient I actually wanted???

I just miss 'Time to make the doughnuts.' The old slogan that said this doughnut is fresh! Feels like a Burger King now. How Odd is that? Go to Whole Foods on HStreet or Harris Teeter, much better. Cleaner. No institutional feel to the food
